Established in this business, my only rush is to advocate for you, solve complex problems so that the whole transaction is smooth. There are things that I would never allow to happen to my clients.
Once we are in contract, my role as your realtor is to act as quarterback in preparing you during the inspection period, coordinating and negotiating any needed repairs and successfully get consensus with both parties. Staying on track, we will meet lender deadlines so that we have documents to escrow for a timely closing.
I can do this skillfully for you. Ultimately, I just want to hand you the keys and/or take the sign out of your yard so you can move on with life. You could say my style is protective and informed with effective communication throughout the process.
